  One thing I have actually noticed is the fact that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the banking institutions intentions whenever talking about foreclosed. One fairy tale in particular would be the fact the bank wants your house. The financial institution wants your hard earned dollars, not your own home. They want the funds they gave you with interest.
