  First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do
  not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
  
  I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
  I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like
  the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how

  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a
  comment is added I get several e-mails with the same
  comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?
